Free Comic Book Day to Once Again Feel the Force

Free Comic Book Day has become a huge hit across the country. This year the event will fall on May 7th, 2011, and participating comic book shops will be giving away comic books absolutely free to anyone who comes into their stores. And once again, the event will feature an exciting new Star Wars comic book.

The official website for the event has revealed that Dark Horse will be issuing a free comic book that delves deeper into the hottest new character from the "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" series - Savage Opress. The book will be a flip cover book, with Star Wars featured on one end and "Avatar: The Last Airbender" featured on the other.

So mark your calendars because these will surely fly out the door quickly at comic book shops from coast to coast.
