Jedi Master Tuck

In an odd fantasy amalgamation, David Harewood, who stars as Friar Tuck in the new BBC adaptation of Robin Hood, has said he's giving the character a Star Wars twist. In an aricle from the Press Association, here's what Harewood had to say:

"The fat Friar thing would have been just copying what's already been done... I wanted to smash the mould and start again so I moulded him in a Star Warsy way, to make him more of a Jedi, a mysterious, mystical figure and I'm hoping that strikes a chord with the younger audiences."

The show premiered on the BBC on March 28th. Might be worth checking it out to see how good or bad Jedi Master Tuck is!
