Star Wars News From eFx Collectibles

In their latest newsletter eFx Collectibles has announced that they will be releasing a new line of stunt prop replicas lightsabers, which will be perfectly suited for Star Wars fans to take with them when dressed in costume for conventions, parties or charity events. The sabers will maintain the highest level of screen accuracy, and the first three to be releaed are:

• Luke Skywalker "V2" Lightsaber from "Return of the Jedi
• Anakin Skywalker Lightsaber from "Revenge of the Sith"
• Obi-Wan Kenobi Lightsaber from "Revenge of the Sith"

The sabers will be available directly from eFx's website as well as Museum Replica's website and catalog and authorized eFx Authorized Retailers later in 2009.

The newletter also announced the unveiling of a new company website on Friday September 11, 2009 and that their much anticipated Ralph McQuarrie Concept Darth Vader Signature Edition helmet will be limited to an unbelievably low 250 pieces. Each will feature a hand-signed plaque by McQuarrie himself.

Finally, the eFx Precision line will be expanded to include scaled down versions of iconic ships. The first in the line will be the Millennium Falcon from "The Empire Strikes Back". It will include a lighted cockpit, illuminated engine and headlights. It will be a "manageable" 13" inches in length.
