"Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination" Museum Planned in Las Vegas

According to Robert Rytina of CBSLasVegas.com, a developer is in the planning stages of bringing a Star Wars Museum to the Las Vegas strip. The museum will be called, “Stars Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination” and would showcase props, costumes, models and other Star Wars items.

The report details that the company, Order 66 Entertainment, LLC, has submitted their plans for the museum to the Clark County Planning Commission and that the museum would be located between the Monte Carlo casino and the New York-New York casino. Early indications are that the museum is to be a short-term (six month) venture with speculation it could continue past that if it proves to be popular.
