TheMoviePool.com Sponsors a Star Wars Fan Film Lightsaber Contest

The annual Star Wars Fan Movie Challenge at atom.com is over for the year. So no more awesome Star Wars fan film contests for a while, right? Wrong!

That's because the folks over at themoviepool.com have announced a new Star Wars fan film contest. The catch is that each film must feature a lightsaber in action. Submissions are due by October 22, 2010 and the winners are going to walk away with a nice pile of swag including:

• 1st Place: Playstation 3 System, Collectors Edition copy of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2, and The Force Unleashed 2 Game Guide
• 2nd Place: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2
• Audience Award: Bragging Rights and Prize TBD
