Contests and Giveaways Terms & Conditions

1. To enter registered users must complete the Contests and Giveaways form unless told otherwise.

2. You must be a registered user to enter.  If you are not a registered user, click here to register

3. One entry per person, per-email address, per household, per IP address per calendar day (unless otherwise noted).  False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts will render entrant(s) and entries ineligible.

4.  No responsibility is assumed by GalacticBinder for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or any computer, online telephone, or technical malfunctions (including inability to access the GalacticBinder.com site) that may occur during the giveaway/contest.

5. Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 on the last day of the stated time and date for which the giveaway is slated 

6. Winner(s) will be selected at random by the GalacticBinder.com staff and notified via e-mail

7. Selected winner will have 7 days from delivery of winning e-mail notice to confirm. After seven days, a new winner will be selected

8. All items will be shipped at the expense of the winner.  Shipping and handling fees must be paid to GalacticBinder before the item will be shipped.

9. International entries are welcomed.  However, all taxes, tariffs, import fees, VAT etc are the sole responsibility of the winner

10. GalacticBinder will not be held responsible for lost/damaged items during shipping

11. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

12. Prizes are not redeemable for cash

13.  Taxes on all prizes are the sole reponsibility of the winner

14.  No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize(s) permitted, except that sponsors of contest reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is no longer available

15  Any entry information collected from the giveaway shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with GalacticBinder's Privacy Policy

16. By entering the giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and related statements by GalacticBinder in advertising, promotional materials, and on its website, throughout the world in perpetuity, without notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

17. By entering, the entrant waives all claim(s) for damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind in relation to the contest/giveaway, and the entrant assumes all liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in the contest/giveaway and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

18.  Employees, officers, and members of GalacticBinder (and their immediate family members - including parents, spouses, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate or win.

19.  Use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited

20.  If in the sole opinion of GalacticBinder, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud or technical failures or if anything corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, GalacticBinder reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or any portion thereof. 

21. Galacticbinder reserves the right to cancel or disqualify any entry found in violation of stated rules & guidelines

22.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & guidelines and the decisions of the GalacticBinder team - which are final and binding in all respects

23.  Void where prohibited by law
